Traveling needed to trade shows and marketing events several times a month throughout the United States

The role : Are you motivated to grow in a Marketing Communications role? Do you enjoy tradeshows and events? Then we have an exciting opportunity to join our team of communicators.

Responsibilities :

This role will be part of a team of Marketing Communications (Marcom) professionals covering several businesses within the United States.

The role will be executing various Marketing Communications activities, including, but not limited to creation of marketing collateral, website, and email campaigns.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to work with other Marcom and business counterparts to plan and execute a large number of tradeshows and events on an annual basis.

This includes, but is not limited to :

Managing our annual tradeshow and events calendar

Manage and refine our tradeshow and events process

Develop tradeshow strategy based on business objectives

Plan and execute assigned tradeshows and events throughout the year independently

Manage tradeshow budgets

Collaborate with external tradeshow vendors / suppliers

Manage tradeshow leads within our Salesforce database

Using surveys and lead analysis, evaluate the effectiveness of each trade show and recommend any needed improvements

Determine the effectiveness of marketing materials from the tradeshows resulting in ROI measure

Create all types of Marketing collateral

Required travel :

Traveling would be required to support any of our shows nationally, all around the United States to set up and tear down tradeshow booths and manage events.

Depending on how many shows / events it could be once a month or even more than once a month.

All expenses are paid for this (airline ticket, rental car, hotel, food ).

Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications or a related field
