Our construction superintendents are responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution of work for assigned construction projects. They provide overall administrative and technical direction on projects and enforce company and project policies, maintain customer interface and ensure our projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. On average they manage 2-5 construction projects per year ranging up to $25M. Work is completed in multiple industries including healthcare, commercial, industrial, and educational and are both new building construction and historical renovations. Candidates must have strong skills in planning, organization, problem-solving, and provide a record of project experience.
Qualifications Include:
Minimum of six years of industry experience
Project locations primarily in Eastern IA and Western IL
