Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Legal Support Specialist for its' Salt Lake City office. The firm handles Fortune 100 corporations, high-profile individuals, celebrities and more. The firm treats its' paralegals with care and is sensitive to the paralegal career path, hopes, wants, dreams and desires.
About the Legal Support Specialist Job
The Legal Support Specialist has interesting responsibilities and:
- Drafts, edits, correspondence, pleadings, briefs, complaints, motions, subpoenas, summons, stock purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, stock certificates, SEC documents, bylaws, articles of incorporation, and more.
- Coordinates filings
- Oversees service related to legal court documents, dockets and reports
- Conducts research
- Prepares motion binders and working binders
- Updates and maintains case information
- Manages document deliveries and tracks final executed documentation.
- Assists in preparing closing transcripts and legal documents for ongoing transactions
- and other assignments.
About You in this terrific Legal Specialist Support position:
- At least 3 years litigation experience. Corporate experience preferred.
- Stable work history
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
