What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual HR Generalist position at ETE REMAN?
The Human Resource Generalist will run the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including but not limited to investigations, coaching supervisors, engagement related efforts (with support from the HR Manager), uniform administration, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to disciplinary matters; performance review processing; productivity, unemployment management.
- Makes recommendations to HR Manager on policies, practices, and procedures and how to best address employee relations issues.
- Responds to all unemployment claims and attends unemployment hearings as necessary.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.
- Present policy overview in new employee orientation.
- Manages the employee uniform process.
- Partners with the People team on initiatives and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Two - four years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
