Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: $25 - $27
Location – Mehoopany, PA 18629 First 3 months – onsite to learn systems and could be potentially remote afterwards. Onsite Parking is there.

Must Haves:
- Good administrative skills
- Decent communication skills and good customer service skills – will deal with multiple departments.
What is he looking for?
- Will be managing a shared business drive for new business owners around change request
- Manage digital training tracking. Updating these for the modules
- In charge of ensuring that the records are properly organized in the digital library.
- Creating and managing purchase orders. We use Coupa. Build proficiency in Coupa
- Requisition management, compliance management
