Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Clientlean, VA
Duration: 3 months (possible to extend and convert)
About Role and Team:
• The team consists of our first generation focus program that helps college students, working text that just wrapped, and then our newest program which was helping faculty sort of bridge that gap between faculty and our business analyst hiring needs.
• So our new contractor needs to come in ready to go to work on those programs that we have there wrapped up for the testimony extra program that we just concluded and then a lot of personalization focus work, a lot of data pulling, a lot of research, a lot of communication, e-mail and verbal with our students and faculty.
• There are newsletters that go out monthly to our students and I just want to communicate checking in on how are you doing with the program internship that you may have landed the person, would also need to have good customer service background because a lot of the students do sometimes call in and speak to us .
• We have our information and numbers provided at the bottom of those emails there so if they have any questions they can reach out, we do get a lot of zoom calls we are presumed heavy as well so jumping in and out of meetings with our faculty and staff for the nine schools we work with and the 22 other universities that we partner with.
