Title: RN - Wound Care
Location:New Lenox, IL
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $2519 weekly
Shift Hours: Monday- Friday 8-4:30pm / 8HRS DAYS
Job Description
Provides professional nursing skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care for assigned patients. Utilizing the Nursing Process, the RN plans, implements, directs and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on assigned unit. Additionally, the RN prioritizes nursing actions and will implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
Submission Requirements
· 2 years experience with acute wound care - REQUIRED
· Experience with Cerner EMR - REQUIRED
· Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment - REQUIRED
· COVID and FLU vaccination required
· BLS (AHA)
· Copy of agency's IL nursing license - REQUIRED
