The Advisory PPMD Talent Matters team collaborates with business leaders to grow, develop, assess, and guide the career paths of our Partners, Principals and Managing Directors ( PPMDs) and provides strategic direction in an objective, unbiased manner for talent-related matters.
Responsibilities:
The PPMD Talent Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of the Client's Advisory PPMD Talent Matters strategy and associated operational priorities. As part of the Advisory PPMD organization, the Talent Manager is responsible for developing work products that advance the realization of people-related opportunities and solve complex people-related challenges. The focus will be to support Advisorys PPMD Talent Process:
Leads performance management processes (e.g., goal setting, talent review, year-end, peering, units/compensation) for our Advisory PPMDs. Manages firm performance management system to execute on aforementioned processes.
Helps to create and execute the strategy for developing PPMDs to cultivate a pipeline of diverse leaders who can readily step into client leadership and business management roles working with the green dot succession team on a more formal succession process.
Collaborates with business leaders to create a high-performance culture where PPMDs are highly engaged to lead our client service delivery and our professionals .
The PPMD Talent Manager will also contribute across other workstreams including: Performance Management, Goal setting, Peering, Admissions and Compensation/Units Allocation, Reporting, Compliance & Transitions. In addition, the PPMD Talent Manager will help with projects that span PPMD talent and inclusion strategy, process, operations, and strategic and/or technology transformation, change management, strategic communications, and project management. An advanced knowledge of excel and ability to work in and manage large data files along with being flexible and ability to handle ambiguity, changing priorities, and confidential information will be required.

Job responsibilities:
Perform numerous quantitative and analytic analyses
Handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion
Compose and produce correspondence, spreadsheets and presentation materials. Proofread these documents for accuracy
Assist in developing content and materials for presentations
Monitor and maintain performance management information
Maintain the database used for performance management/peering (Elevate) and admissions and promotions (APT)
Effectively correspond/communicate with Client Advisory Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors on a regular basis.
Effectively manage and supervise other junior team members
Effectively correspond/communicate with Client Advisory Leadership
Liaise effectively with counterparts in other functions and National PPMD Talent
Liaise with Finance teams to acquire data pertinent to performance management and admissions processes
Organize, plan, and oversee meeting events
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
Prior work experience in a Professional Services firm a plus
Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills
Professional, service minded attitude and executive demeanor; responsive
Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
Strong at multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and follow through
Excellent computer skills MS Word, Advanced Excel skills and knowledge , Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
Strong project management, organization, coordination, analytical and critical-thinking skills, and a willingness to tackle both strategic priorities and operational processes
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to emerging priorities and self-managing in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
