Job Description
Prepare and improve quality of balance sheet reconciliations for E&C Americas.
Research and clean up old reconciling items.
Assess valuation of accounts and reasonableness of estimates.
Identify risks and opportunities and propose / book adjustments as necessary.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of balance sheet accounts in accordance with company policies
Track progress of overall balance sheet reconciliation project.
Perform various ad hoc analyses and presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar experience.
3-5 Years of experience in accounting/finance.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong accounting skills.
Proficiency in working with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets)
Good communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
SAP experience is a plus.
Certified Public Accountant a plus.
