What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN LTC position at eTeam?
Traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospital’s service area.
General orientation will begin on Mondays. Monday will be online CBLs.
Please include in the confirmation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.
I can start the traveler any Monday that you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline.
Radius Rule is 100 miles to qualify as a traveler. Do not submit candidates that live within 100 miles of the facility. Please include, profile, skills checklist, and the following items: 1. Legal full name and last 4 digits of SS # 2. Copy of Driver’s License with permanent address 3. Nursing License - # and state of issue 4. Copy of utility bill with candidates name and permanent address Please put all into one PDF.
