If yes, we are recruiting for a Support Analyst (Contingent Worker) to join Integrated Systems Support (ISS) at Client. The role is responsible for ensuring that our clinical trial systems are validated, compliant, remain fit-for-purpose, and are fully supported during their entire lifecycle.
Our Support Analysts harness their knowledge of compliance and regulations to ensure our systems are validated appropriately as systems are upgraded. Additionally, they directly support our user community, from answering questions about our systems, to facilitating the resolution of issues through our Tech and vendor partners. Our support analysts may support one or several systems.
We are looking for someone who is: inquisitive; comfortable with both business processes and technical concepts; possesses high personal integrity; courageous; accountable; thinks broadly at an enterprise level; and able to work with colleagues across a host of geographies and functions. Knowledge of Veeva CDMS would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Accountable for ensuring systems are inspection-ready and validated to internal and regulatory expectations (GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 etc).
- Partner with cross-functional business groups to develop, standardize and improve technical business processes and/or influence system changes that either increases quality, compliance, productivity or reduces risk
- Ensure data integrity is maintained throughout the lifecycle of a system
- Represent a system in audits
- Develop and maintain computer system validation documentation throughout the lifecycle of a system
- Provide exceptional customer focused support
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Previous pharmaceutical industry experience with in-depth knowledge of the clinical development process.
- Experience in Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and global Computer System regulatory requirements.
- Validated computer systems to MHRA/EMA/FDA regulatory requirements
- Experience in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) technologies (Veeva CDMS preferred)
- Demonstrated understanding and application of AGILE methodologies in computer systems development.
- Practical understanding of project management, change management, budgeting, and resource management.
