Ethisphere is actively recruiting a Sales Operations Manager in Phoenix, AZ. This position will increase sales efficiency and productivity by providing support to the sales team and managing administrative functions. The Sales Operations Manager will design and operate processes and tools to guide sales strategy, provide data analytics on sales performance, and develop internal training opportunities for the sales team.
The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills. Familiarity of the elements of a strong ethics and compliance program are a plus. This is a hybrid position with time at a home-office and in our office in Scottsdale.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain sales data in Salesforce and track long-term sales data
- Provide models and organizational statistics for the sales team
- Ability to communicate metric updates to sales team and department leaders
- Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the sales organization
- Partner with sales leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
- Assist sales team with pipeline and opportunity development
- Work with marketing team to determine customer outreach methods
- Build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels across departments
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to perform advanced computing functions
- Familiarity with databases and sales software, including Salesforce
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- 3 years in a Managerial position with increasing responsibility
