We are currently interviewing for a seasoned Public Insurance Adjuster in the Midwest to the Gulf Coast and surrounding areas.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Public Adjuster in the Midwest to the Gulf Coast and surrounding areas. The Public Adjuster will be responsible for finding, investigating, evaluating, and managing claims on behalf of policyholders and negotiating with insurance companies to ensure that a fair and equitable settlement is reached.
This is a commission-based position with anticipated earnings of $125,000 - $175,000 per year.
Qualifications
- Public Adjusters License
- Bachelor's degree or higher work experience
- Commercial estimating huge plus
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a field adjuster handling residential and commercial claims
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Professional image and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with very high-profile clientele.
- Proven work track record of adjusting first-party property claims.
- Proven work track record of evaluating coverages (building and contents) on first-party property claims.
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn new software.
- Xactimate Certification is a plus
- The ability to work unsupervised and command results.
- The ability to travel to loss locations, clients, or insurer sites is a must.
Applicants must have first-party property claims adjusting experience.
