We are seeking a new nightlife manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has at least two years of experience in a full-time management position. As our Night Club General manager, you will manage staff and inventory and ensure each guest has a positive experience.
Night Life General Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage and/or nightclub environment required
- Previous experience with new venue openings
- High School Diploma required -Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to develop project plans, manage difficult customer situations, balance team and individual responsibilities, and delegate work assignments
- Must display passion and optimism; Inspire respect and trust
- Must be a true leader of people
- Must possess business acumen and work within the approved budget
- Must be able to operate under high-stress levels
- May be required to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques and withstand long hours on your feet in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Non-typical office hours will be customary, including evenings into e early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Night Life General Manager Responsibilities:
- Directs all nightlife operations
- Delivers revenues and profits
- Maintains patron satisfaction and builds relationships with preferred customers
- Focuses on recruiting, selecting, orientating, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining management and hourly staff while communicating job expectations; enforces policies and procedures.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complies with health and legal regulations
- Establishes standards for personnel administration and performance, exceptional service to patrons, food selection, and service
- Partners with operating partnership and ownership to ensure effective communication
- Negotiates contracts with vendors
- Maintain all necessary licenses and permits
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees

Salary: Commensurate with experience; very competitive
