Job Posting for Assistant Warehouse Supervisor at Etron Hub
The Assistant Warehouse Supervisor will help coordinate warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Support the warehouse management team as directed.
Manages warehouse inventory.
Assists in coordinating and scheduling the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and dispatch.
Implements daily stocking procedures, order dispatches, and appointed tasks.
Confirms availability of items in inventory records and conducts inventories of required items.
Identifies and reports slow-moving products and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product.
Directs forklift drivers to store goods in identified areas.
Operates forklift truck when needed.
Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
Performs other related duties as directed.
Coordinate and work effectively with multiple departments to continuously improve processes, maximize efficiency, and exceed customer service expectations.
Coach and assign workload to individual warehouse associates.
Oversee truck drivers, monitoring HOS and DOT regulations.
Communicate with the corporate office and clients via email or phone conversations clearly and professionally.
Assist in managing employee performance appraisals and disciplinary write-ups.
Participate in physical inventories.
Keep accurate attendance records and maintain a productive work environment.
Analyze and run reports to promote production.
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of warehouse supervisor experience.
Highly motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong bias for action; rolls up their sleeves to get the job done.
