Seeking an excellent communicator for an inside sales agent role.

Qualifications include:

  • Required to hold active real estate license in Indiana
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to rapidly become familiarized with database software
  • Ability to hold yourself to a high-level of accountability
  • Ability to handle rejection successfully
  • Ideal candidate has strong computer and phone proficiency

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include outbound emails, calls, and text messages, as well as database upkeep & management.

Day to day activities include calling both warm and cool leads, scheduling and coordinating appointments for outside sales agents, and being the primary point of contact and voice for the company until an appointment is set. Ideal candidate will be highly competitive & extremely driven.

Inside sales agents start with a first salary of $25,000 - $35,000 their first year, with bonuses earned based on the number of appointments set.

This is a remote, work from home possible position, but does require 40 hours a week.
