Position Overview:
We are seeking a contractor for the Events team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with marketing, events, and/or graphic design, strong communication and organizational skills and be a collaborative teammate. This is a fixed term contract and will last 6 months working 20-30 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
Cvent Website & Email Campaigns
- Help update Cvent websites, including registration forms and speaker and agenda updates, track event registrations, and execute email campaigns.
Data & Reports
- Analyze event data and help to develop post-event reports, including attendee surveys.
Project management:
- Track project milestones and goals across all events, creating timelines and project plans
Qualifications:
- Extensive Cvent software experience
- Knowledge of HTML and experience with coding
- Experience with graphic design, including the Adobe creative suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Monday.com, and the Windows/Office ecosystem
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This candidate can work remotely but needs to be on the Eastern or British time zone.
The range for this position is $20-$35 an hour determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
