Job Summary

Are you a true foodie w/ a passion for marketing and storytelling, who spends their weekends taking photos of their food, visiting farmer’s markets and trying out new restaurants/brands for inspiration? If so, then we have an exciting position for you!
We’re seeking a creative team member to join our in-house agency that will focus on marketing and communication efforts for our Dining program. From branding concepts, to restaurant promotions, to hosting events, to driving our social media channels and community, and beyond. The role will be focused on storytelling and designing experiences to create overall awareness about our offerings and services. This will include coordinating and advancing relationships across clients, chefs/culinarians, operators, preferred partners and more. This position will work cross-functionally to drive the deployment of marketing programs and campaign initiatives to drive market share growth and participation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate integrated marketing plans to promote, reach, connect and engage new and existing audiences via experiences, digital, content marketing, etc.
- Storytelling and content development – including planning, calendar, copywriting and management of social and digital tools and handles (social media, email marketing, websites, etc.) and photo/video assets
- Manage creation of branded collateral – from graphic design and copywriting including but not limited to menu/menu boards, a-frame signage, digital, PIDs, etc.
- Event planning and coordination
- Generate ideas and innovations to create an exciting and engaging workplace for employees and guests – including promotions and seasonal offerings
- Support the execution and evaluation of marketing plans and promotions – ROI, results, analysis and learnings
- Video and photography archiving
- Project management
- Strong working knowledge and experience in creating marketing collateral by using design programs on a PC platform (Adobe Creative Suites programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MSFT Powerpoint)
- Partner with customer advocate to garner customer feedback to implement Marcom programs that resonate with customers and drive measurable change
- Support Sales bid presentations and tours as needed
- Other duties as designed by Director of Experience Storytelling
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years coordinating marketing programs (event industry, catering, hospitality, restaurant)
- College or graduate degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
- Passion, knowledge and appreciation of culinary and/or event industry
- Creative individual adept at marketing and communications
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written
- Computer literacy (Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and MSFT Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook)
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Manage projects against a plan and objectives to ensure commitments are met by monitoring, assessing, and resolving variances in budget, timing or quality of work
- Ability to work occasional nights/weekends for event production
- Ability to self-manage productions schedules, product orders, travel and manage external resources efficiently in order to meet deadlines and channel expectations.
- Valid Driver’s License required
