Job Description
Accounting internship responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Regular attendance and punctuality, hybrid internship working remotely and onsite from mid-May to mid-August.
· Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
· Assist in the preparation of general ledger entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and preparing and analyzing financial data.
· Assist in the approval and verification of proper coding for employee and business expenses.
· Assist with cash payment preparation and cash flow monitoring.
· Assist in the monitoring and reconciliation of the company’s cash pooling accounts.
· Assist in recording monthly sales activity for legal entities.
· Assist in the monitoring and determination of proper accruals for tax and audit.
· Assist with coordinating, updating, and maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules on the company’s accounting software.
· Assist with recording and reconciling activity on lease / loans.
· Assist in the preparation of audit work deliverables.
· Work within the company’s software programs that include Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Coupa, SAP Concur, Microsoft Office, and others.
· Other duties as assigned.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:
· In-progress Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and / or Finance.
· Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
