Job Description
- Running routine assays and developing novel separation and identification assays utilizing state-of-the-art technologies.
- Separation, characterization, identification of proteins and antibodies utilizing HPLC, cIEF, BioA/GX, as well as other analytical techniques.
- Developing HPLC & UPLC based chromatography methods including size exclusion, affinity, normal-phase, reverse phase, ion exchange and hydrophobic interaction utilizing DAD, FLD detectors.
Qualifications
Requires BS/BA in Chemistry or related sciences or equivalent along with relative experience
Three years of HPLC experience
- Experience running routine assays and developing novel separation and identification assays
- Experience and thorough understanding of HPLC and UPLC based chromatography (including size exclusion, affinity, normal-phase, reverse phase, ion exchange, and hydrophobic interaction utilizing DAD, FLD detectors)
- Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, comprehension and presentation skills
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
