Job Description
Eurofins NSC US, the National Service Center serving the US entities of Eurofins, is searching for a US Tax Assistant in Des Moines, IA.
US Tax Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Enter and manage client data, billing and invoices
- Verify and update account status and information
- Manage jobs and prepare estimates
- Effectively Communicate with internal and external customers
- Resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance
- Assist the tax department in various projects
- Assist in the payments of certain taxes
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess :
- Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, AP, AR and invoicing
- Basic knowledge / skills of Microsoft Office programs
- Minimum of 2 years of office, administration or accounting experience
Basic Minimum Qualifications :
- Associate's degree in Accounting or the equivalent amount of experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Des Moines, IA are encouraged to apply.
