Job Description
- Maintain a validated state and ensure accurate and reliable performance of enterprise systems in accordance with established procedures
- Perform assessment, trouble-shooting and repair (as needed)
- Ensure completion of assigned routine tasks (e.g maintenance, review of system logs/audits trails, user account maintenance, periodic system reviews)
- Assist with integration into existing data center environments and workflows as needed (e.g ELN)
- Perform all duties accurately and efficiently with the highest level of quality
- Role may also include system administration of pharmaceutical data acquisition systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, microbiology, biology, engineering, computer science, or other related degree concentration
- One year of previous expereince as a system administrator or providing technical support for laboratory software applications
- One year of technical writing including investigations, procedures, training, and/or validation documents
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
