EHM Senior Solutions is excited to welcome a new Unit Manager to our growing team. The Unit Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the day-to-day functions of Clinical Services within Long-Term Care.

Job duties are, but not limited to:
- Develop methods for coordination of nursing services with other clinical and client services to ensure the continuity of the clients’ total regimen of care.
- Assist in the development of preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each client ensuring care plan development that is individualized for each client’s needs.
- Assist in developing and monitoring staff skill and competency in meeting care needs.
- Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the Director of Nursing Services as necessary/required, concerning the operation of the clinical services team.
- Determine the appropriate staffing levels for the census and acuity level provided.
Requirements:
- Most posses a current LPN or RN License in the state of Michigan.
- 2 years of leadership experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Must be passionate and innovative in leading teams and has demonstrated success of leading others in various professional disciplines.
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.50 - $35.25 per hour
