The Chief of Operations coordinates strategy execution and cross-functionally engages teams and stakeholders in order to advance a portfolio of programs including major corporate strategic initiatives.
The Chief of Operations advises on, makes recommendations and develops solutions for stakeholders on issue execution to ensure timely implementation of initiatives. Articulates goals, allocates resources, and manages workflow. Operate cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Master's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Executive Level communications both verbally and written Attention to detail to ensure appropriate success of the direct and indirect project teams; recognize dependencies and apply effective risk mitigation
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational ability
- Sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and leading data-driven analyses
- Advanced skills, with ability to guide and influence senior leaders and other key stakeholders
