Description:
As a Data Annotator, you will be joining a highly skilled technical team working to provide innovative and technical solutions to our Federal Government client. You will be working with our clients to evaluate and maintain solutions using your experience and expertise in data science. In your role you will work with various teams to manage data analytics projects and solutions for various national security and intelligence missions.
Location: Reston, VA
Responsibilities:
- Use advanced analytic tools to locate, label, tag and categorize various elements in large datasets
- Locate, label and categorize various elements in large text datasets
- Implement annotation procedures to achieve consistent annotation
- Report and document issues with annotation tools and processes
- Provide feedback for efficient labeling and to improve data quality
- Interact with data science and data engineering teams to design new features for more efficient labeling techniques
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analysis, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics
- 3 years of professional work experience
- MUST possess active Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in labeling or tagging selected datasets to train AI/ML models at granular levels of detail
- Prior experience providing services to label data using taggers, tagging tools, and tagging methods to maximize accuracy, reusability, and explainability of the datasets
