EVAPAR is currently looking for an Office Coordinator to join our St. Louis branch. The focus of this role is to provide general office support, perform a variety of clerical activities, and complete accurate and proper billing to our service customers. This role is an integral role in our service department. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A good working knowledge of computers is a must.

Job duties include:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Process parts orders
- Receive parts orders
- Collect all information to complete accurate billing
- Perform research if necessary to ensure that each order is done properly and that records are accurate
- Ensure that all customer billing requirements and contracts are followed
- Ensure that all orders for the month are submitted for invoicing by the last day of each month
- Knowledge and understanding of preventative maintenance contracts for various customers
- Organize and review service tech expense reports before supervisor review
- Answer questions and handle customer concerns regarding bills
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a billing clerk
- Computer Proficient
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
