What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shelter Coordinator position at EVE Incorporated?
Shelter Coordinator (Facility Focus)
· Supervise and monitor physical care of the shelter.
· Provide daily shelter maintenance and minor repairs.
· Approve and coordinate client requests for transportation.
· Provide client transportation in EVE vehicle as scheduled.
· Coordinate maintenance of agency vehicle, equipment, grounds and buildings.
· Provide supervisor with information regarding health and safety concerns.
· Maintain inventory of equipment and assets.
· Coordinate cell phone program, including location drop-off points and shipping.
· Purchase supplies and food per weekly inventory list requests.
· Pick up mail and record in computer log.
· Assist Advocate (on duty) and assist with and/or provide Back-Up as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
