We are one of the fastest growing event firms in the local area. Due to our expanding number of projects and retail partnerships, we are looking for an Event & Promotions Assistant to join our dedicated Promotional Event team.
Our promotional success is rooted in our team's ability to develop one of a kind promotional events that provide maximum exposure for our partners. The Event & Promotions Assistant will be responsible for the preparation and execution of all events upon completion of training. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high energy, people-centric atmosphere.
Event & Promotions Assistant Primary Duties:
Assist the executive management team with various events throughout the local area
Follow all compliance guidelines from both our retail partners and clients
Attend daily meetings at our office to organize all event logistics, upcoming client launches and participate in brainstorming sessions to continuously improve upon our results
Analyze success of each campaign and suggest potential improvements
Perform other duties as assigned.
Event & Promotions Assistant Key Traits:
Excellent communication skills in multiple avenues (written and verbal)
Ability to assume leadership responsibilities with minimal supervision
Demonstrated organizational skills, work planning, and forward-thinking
Ability to adapt, accept, and promote changes while contributing to a team-centered environment
Ability to follow and promote company policies and procedures
0-2 years of experience volunteering or working in Nonprofits, Outreach Programs, Customer Service, or other related fields preferred
Reliable transportation to on-site locations and local community events required
