Job Summary:

Help us champion Fullsteam and its family of companies and end users of the ERS/DRS software market their companies through social media. The Facebook Ads Marketing Specialist’s primary duty will be producing, developing, and managing many aspects of our social media presence with paid ads and retargeting ads.

The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with our graphics team, have knowledge of the brands we work with, and have a strong interest in social media and marketing.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Create, manage, and optimize new and existing ad accounts for ERS/DRS software customers and other sister companies in the Fullsteam family.
• Create and post compelling content across all social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Help develop and execute strategies across all social media channels, including YouTube.
• Identify opportunities for creative tactics.
• Follow and update ERS/DRS Brand Guidelines as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Qualifications: 

• Proven experience working with Facebook and Instagram Ads through the Ads Manager.
• Strong editing skills and attention to detail, including correct grammar and punctuation.
• Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture.
• Strong interest and confidence across social platforms, especially Facebook.
• Experience with Social Monitoring Tools, including Google Analytics, a plus.
• Great at communicating with fellow team members.
