Job Posting for Special Assistant and Business Manager at Events DC

The Special Assistant & Business Manager works closely with and supports the Senior Vice President & Managing Director (executive) of the Sports & Entertainment Division (SED).  The position will have an immediate impact on productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.   

The candidate will be exposed to a wide range of responsibilities, assisting on special projects, reports, meetings, new initiatives, division communication, office processes and the executive’s schedule. This will include sensitive and critical judgment calls, serving as a sounding board for the executive in important situations.
