EverHealth is a business unit consisting of 11 connected and customizable solutions in the EHR, Practice Management, and Patient Communication space. We simplify and empower the lives of healthcare providers, administrators, and the patients they serve, unlocking efficiencies across the entire patient experience. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing integrated multi-channel campaigns with a focus on driving performance for a group of portfolio companies. You will report to the Marketing Director, working closely with cross-functional teams within our solution groups as a tactical resource and assist in the execution of revenue-generating initiatives with our centralized global demand team. You are a passionate marketer with strong written and verbal communication skills who thrives working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You are excited about assisting in the planning and execution of marketing strategies that drive top of funnel performance for B2B software companies. Responsibilities: Work with the marketing team to develop marketing project plans and timelines Work on marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue across multiple brands In Partnership with our Business Development team, work on many Partners related projects to create marketing support materials and drive partner awareness and leads Undertake many research projects to understand opportunities in our market landscape Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the brands Analyze data to determine campaign and marketing spend efficiency Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team Assist with projects as needed Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline 1-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS software and/or B2B. We will consider internships as part of the overall experience. Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, such as content marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, campaign planning, etc. Previous experience preferred with Marketing Automation Platforms, Salesforce, and Project Management tools Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment with experience adapting to change due to the high growth of the business Proven ability to think strategically, problem-solve and confidently make decisions Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environments Strong organizational and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects and tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines within multiple timelines Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
