Financial Representative

- Build trust with clients through professional competency and empathy
- Provide service, financial guidance, and product sales
- Focus and serve our clients by fostering relationships with existing Everence clients
- Acquire & maintain knowledge of all Everence products & services and refer new business opportunities accordingly
- Generate new business and the sale of new products
- Respond to referrals within your developed area of expertise
- Manage all paperwork and systems necessary to provide daily service for the assigned Everence relationships
- Lead Medicare Education Seminars

Our Ideal Financial Representative:
- Experience: A college degree in Finance or related experience in Banking, Administrative, Insurance, or Sales is preferred.
- Licensing: Must have a PA Life & Health Insurance license before starting or be willing to obtain one before the start date. Also, must Study and pass the Series 65 certification within the first three to five months of employment.
- Software/Technology Skills: Proficient with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with a CRM is helpful.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Respectful, diplomatic, & professional in your interactions with others. Able to explain complex financial concepts in an easily understood manner.
- Proactive: Self-discipline and demanding of yourself; a self-starter who is energetic and enthusiastic toward phone work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solver: Not afraid to ask for help, but not helpless; takes the initiative to find answers and cultivates a continuous improvement mindset.
