Job Title : Operations Assistant
Location : Beaverton, OR (Hybrid Onsite twice a week)
Pay Range : $19.00 $22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. This role will provide vital support to our HR and Accounting operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of our office.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
On-site attendance will be required twice a week.
Position Responsibilities :
- Provide general administrative support to Human Resources and Accounting.
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and files.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) system, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
- Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Communicate with clients and contractors as needed, providing updates and addressing inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
- Serve as a backup for various responsibilities within the office, including payroll processing, invoicing, and report generation.
- Liaise with contractors, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel to track and analyze data.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the office.
Position Requirements :
- Associate's or bachelor's degree required.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Ability to utilize Excel to prepare and analyze detailed biweekly and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in data presentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Must be comfortable interfacing with a diverse range of individuals, including contractors and internal staff.
