Are you an organized and motivated individual looking to contribute to the functionality of a new business? Our family owned and operated company is seeking an entry level Office Assistant. If you are a quick learner and have basic boat maintenance knowledge, that's a bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, communications, data entry, and inventory management.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and following up with customers.
- Create estimates and update invoices using QuickBooks Online.
- Work with Office Manager to create effective office solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Basic knowledge of boat maintenance is a plus.
