The Evergreen Management Group, a leader in condominium management for over 40 years, is accepting resumes for an experienced Condominium Association Manager to manage Condominium Associations in Northern Massachusetts & Sothern NH area. Successful candidate will have the ability to work professionally with condominium boards of directors, unit owners and vendor networks. Also conduct meetings to Robert Rules, perform site visits & negotiate vendor contracts as well as oversee and develop budgets. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and the desire to work in a fast paced environment. Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
