Evergreen Real Estate is seeking a full-time property manager with experience in Low Income Tax Credit for our new lease up in the downtown Nashville area.
Responsibilities include the following:
Leasing & Market Vacant Units
Collecting Rent
Maintaining Compliance of Affordable Housing Regulations
Preparing & Processing Rental Applications
Overseeing On-Site Maintenance or Other Personnel
The Property Manager must have lease up experience in affordable housing property management along with computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and property management software skills. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/life insurance, and a retirement plan. Pay is based on experience level.
