Experienced House Manager

Position Reports To: Greenhouse Outreach Services

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. The House Manager will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the home, supervising staff, managing household schedules, and providing personal assistance to the homeowners. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or hotel management, possess excellent time management and organizational skills, and have a strong ability to supervise and delegate tasks.

Duties:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the household operations
• Review program and house rules with all the residents and ensure resident's compliance with house rules.
• Prepare bedrooms for all new residents entering the house.
• Monitor that the residents are following house rules.
• Assign household chores to clients.
• Monitor rooms for cleanliness.
• Ensure clients respect and maintain common areas (kitchen, living room, shared bathrooms, etc.
• Maintains inventory of all household supplies (i.e., clean linens, toiletries, groceries)
• Monitor proper use and functioning of appliances and other household equipment.
• Observe and report any unusual behaviors or potential areas of conflict between residents.
• Observe and report any unusual activities that may pose a safety or nuisance issue for residents or neighbors.
• Supervise residents' medication management, and ensure clients maintain medication refill schedules.
• Complete Nightly Reports on each resident of the house.
• Ensure clients follow the clinical schedule.
• Daily communication across clinical and operations teams.
• Participates in weekly Staffing Meetings with senior leadership
• Live-in position: resides in the house that they manage
• Must understand the role of employee's individual position regarding HIPAA requirements and level of access to Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined in Dur HIPAA policies.
• Encourage clients to be actively involved in their own plans and recovery, exhibiting client-centered principles.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A minimum 1 year experience
• Must have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
• HS Diploma/GED preferred.

Working Conditions and Environment:

Late nights, weekends, and some hoilday's may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.25.81 - $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20-40 per week
