Job Scope:
The Workday Compensation, Benefits Contractor is a member of a centralized, dedicated HR Technology Team, that will support HR under the guidance of the Workday Functional lead for Core HCM, Comp & Ben & Payroll.
This is a hands-on role that is responsible for support and maintenance of Workday and other systems.
Essential Functions:
- Provide support and troubleshooting of Workday configuration, including Comp, Benefits, Payroll.
- Performs audits of Workday data and recommends steps to improve data quality.
- Acts as Tier III support for Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Core HCM.
- Identify, validate and test business process and configuration changes related to business changes, issues or process improvements
- Root-cause analysis of issues
- Uses Workday Community to keep Workday knowledge/skills current.
- Development of testing scripts and test execution.
- Develop and maintain functional/user documentation.
- Assist in identifying organizational needs and requirements.
- Testing for Workday releases, configuration changes, data loads
- Manage and troubleshoot data loads
- This position will always be remote.
- This is a Workday Systems Analyst Position.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Workday PRO Certification or 3 years experience in at least two of the following Workday modules required:
- Workday HCM
- Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
- Workday Payroll (US only)
- Workday Benefits Experience with Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB) ,Calculated Fields, and Report Writer
- Understanding of HR operations and experience with HR data
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with associates and managers
- Experience with Workday Security, Absence Management Tracking, and Reporting is a plus
