Job Brief
Fine jewelry retail store in Johns Creek is looking for responsible, results-driven, highly
motivated Experienced Sales Associates. If you are a self-starter motivated by opportunities to
create financial success, able to create your own business niche in which to
excel, enjoy working in a Class A new environment, and sell beautiful luxury products
that you can be proud to represent, then our company is for you!
We are
looking for energetic, out-going, people-oriented, sincere people with a
proven track record in sales. You must be able to drive sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
Essential Job Functions
- Model customer 1st
behavior, deliver excellent advisory and customer service.
- Drive sales to achieve personal targets.
- Work with teammates toward achieving store
goals, create a positive work atmosphere, and support each other to combine
individual strengths to enhance team performance.
- Foster connections with customers by
clienteling.
- Provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise including quality, cuts, and value of gems and jewelry.
- Become a brand ambassador and
influencer of our product.
- Create marketing
campaigns to sell to your SM network.
- Be self-motivated and driven.
- Suggest and implement new features to
develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions.
- Maintain flexibility to work any
shift including some evenings for special events, Saturdays, holidays, and some overtime.
- Must be able to perform the essential
functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- Must be a self-starter with professional sales experience
- Honest, sincere and follows through on commitments
- Having new business sales experience is a plus
- People-oriented and out-going
- Competitive and have a need for urgency
- Listening skills, customer relations, and customer service skills
- Have a large social media network
- Be committed to continuous education and self-study
- Creative at marketing ideas for store events and/or social media postings
- Attention to organization, details, and security
- Be able to work individually and as a team

- Store Hours: 9AM – 6:00PM
M-F
- 9AM- 5:00PM Sat
Job Type: Full-time and part-time positions available
