Job Title: Customer Care Associate
Location: Any Everstream Market
Job Summary
The Customer Service Care Associate interacts with Everstream customers or other business clients to provide information in response to inquiries about current products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints. Confers with customers by telephone to provide information about or promote products and services, or to obtain details of support that is needed. The Customer Care Associate contributes to the overall success of the company by responding to exhibitor inquiries and troubleshooting through a variety of methods including phone calls, and email, ensuring a timely resolution and providing the highest level of customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries on the telephone, by accessing information from a computerized billing system and other reference material.
  • Promotes various products and services offered by the company.
  • Assists customers on how to use products and features.
  • Send appropriate literature to customers as required.
  • Works closely with Accounting staff on accounts receivable and billing information
  • Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard.
  • May perform clerical or administrative duties.
  • Provide superior customer support to internal and external customers in all encounters.
  • Convey customer feedback to product development staff as appropriate.
  • Assist with questions, complaints, and concerns that customers may have and resolutions for a positive outcome and experience.
  • Create, process & route service orders and trouble tickets; maintain accurate data bases for various product & services across multiple lines.
  • Provide customer courtesy follow-ups calls or via email notification if appropriate.
  • Appropriately handle and maintain customer proprietary information in accordance with company policy.
  • Monitor service outages & report according to policy.
  • Any additional duties requested by manager.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.1–3 years customer/exhibitor service experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong telephone customer service experience and willingness to interface with customers/management essential
  • Personal computer skills required; computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel,
  • Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of data networking products/services desired
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to exercise independent judgment
