Job Duties
- Input employee data and information into the company’s ATMS records system.
- Monitor, evaluate, or record training assignments or program effectiveness via the ATMS program.
- Setup and prepare classrooms/presentations with all required training aides, instructional delivery equipment, and any commodities necessary to enhance the classroom atmosphere and learning experience.
- Provide any visual, written, or auditory instruction as needed to employees, programs, and classrooms/presentations.
- Research and recommend additional training resources, equipment, and software.
- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
- Collaborate with the company training team to develop and review proposed project efforts to determine scope, key milestones, and completion time frames.
- Plan, schedule, and organize training events including the coordination of instructors, facilities, materials, and information.
- Assist the Everts Training Team in establishing and modifying department training policies, procedures, instructions, and information as necessary to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Incorporate additions or modifications to training modules in response to any identified discrepancies generated by CAS, IEP, FAA, and DOD.
- Assist the Training & Development Manager in developing department-specific training courseware using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) instructional design process.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Required/Preferred Experience, Education & Skills
- Shall hold a minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Strong visual communications skills including the ability to communicate complex systems.
- The ability and willingness to learn in managing and developing programs and providing instructions.
- Experience conducting learning needs analysis and developing solutions based on analysis feedback preferred.
- Experience in instructional design theory (ADDIE process) preferred.
- Experience in developing and implementing training curricula and courseware preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and record keeping with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate through verbal and written means with individuals, small groups, and in front of large audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Able to collaborate with team as well as work independently without supervision.
