Job Summary
The IT Vendor Management Analyst will be responsible for managing the relationships between Everus and its technology vendors and suppliers, collaborating with internal customers and serves as the primary point of contact for technology vendor management and risk analysis. Researches, analyzes, and evaluates vendors and makes recommendations. Primary objective is to ensure that the organization receives value for its investments in technology products and services while minimizing risks and optimizing vendor performance.

Minimum Qualifications
- A broad understanding of information technology normally acquired through a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, supply chain management or related field; and
- 5 years’ experience working with IT contract management, software licensing, hardware procurement, vendor management and outsourcing agreements.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to identify the organization's technology needs and assist in the selection of vendors that provide products or services aligned with those needs.
- Evaluates potential vendors based on factors such as pricing, product quality, reliability, reputation, and compatibility with the organization's goals and standards.
- Negotiates contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and licensing agreements with vendors to ensure that terms and conditions are favorable, and risks are minimized.
- Monitors vendor invoices and contracts to ensure accurate billing and cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for cost savings or optimization.
- Ensures that vendors comply with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.
- Conducts regular vendor performance reviews with stakeholders to assess vendor effectiveness and determine whether to continue, modify, or terminate vendor relationships.
- Maintains an inventory of all technology vendors and their respective contracts, licenses, and agreements. Keep records of renewal dates and contract expiration dates.
- Stays informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within vendor relationships.
- Collaborates with finance and procurement teams to create and manage budgets related to vendor contracts and services. Provide input for future technology spending and forecasting.
- Maintains comprehensive records of vendor agreements, communications, and performance data for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Salary range $79,760 to $99,700
- Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 20% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement.

- Must have access to adequate high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 50 Mpbs, to ensure reliable, consistent connection to the company’s network without interruptions.
- Able to provide a safe, ergonomic, quiet, and distraction-free home office workspace.
- Ability to work in an individual environment with remote support and without regular or consistent in person interaction.
- Comfortable corresponding via phone and video for team interaction and development.
- Professional conduct while performing the Company’s business from a location outside of the Company’s office will be held to the same standard as if the employee was in the office. While telecommuting, the employee remains obligated to comply with all job requirements and responsibilities, in addition to all Company rules, practices, instructions, applicable provisions, and policies.
