We are looking for an optimistic self-motivated Business Development sales professional that is accustomed to cold calling, being an effective communicator with excellent customer service and follow-up skills. The goal of this position is to grow company sales by finding new customers through leveraging success stories of current clients and opening new doors and opportunities. This person should be a quick learner, flexible, strategic, and possess technical skills.

The Position:
- Selling dry erase products to the education, division 10 contractors, healthcare, manufacturing, corporate and B2B markets
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new potential clients.
- Develop leads and referrals via cold calls, emails, and social media to nurture leads and build relationships.
- Researching market trends and competitors, and understanding customer needs and challenges
- Convincing customers to buy products or services, and influencing stakeholders to make investments
- Making presentations to prospective clients via Zoom and/or in person
- Responsible for customer follow-up and outbound calls/emails
- Responsible for product knowledge to understand needs and requirements of customers
- Keep designated responsibility of CRM system up-to-date daily with notes, tasks, and call log information
- Prepare and submit proposals; close new business deals
- Make sales projections and forecast revenue
- Using hard work and creativity to achieve monthly goals and targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years business-to-business sales experience
- Business degree or some college course work in Business and Marketing fields
- Dynamic personality with a go-getter attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales follow-up and closing ability
- Be able to persuade and overcome objections
- Above average computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM database such as Sage, ACT or Salesforce.
- Live within 30 minutes of Warminster, PA
- Some travel required – up to 25%
- This is not a remote position.
