Job Posting for Regional Field Coordinator at Everytown for Gun Safety

The Regional Field Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the development and continued success of grassroots growth and engagement for Everytown for Gun Safety. Each Regional Field Coordinator (RFC) provides direct administrative support to the regional teams managing state-level chapters of Moms Demand Action. RFCs work with field organizing staff to provide administrative support for volunteer leaders, including teaching new leaders our systems and processes, tracking chapter expenses and budgets, and ensuring access to technology systems we provide to volunteer leaders. They anticipate needs and think about how administrative systems and better understanding of our processes can build a stronger movement. We are looking for proactive problem solvers who are not only passionate about our mission but also specifically passionate about the role an administrative coordinator can play in preventing gun violence in our communities.

RFCs receive training and resources upon starting, including background on the gun violence prevention movement and Everytown's policy positions. We are currently hiring for someone to work in the West, who either lives in the region or is willing to work West Coast hours. This is a full time, hourly position that pays $45,000 per year with a generous benefits package including PTO, 401K Match, Education Assistance and more. This position is permanently work-from-home.

We invite you to learn more about our approach to equity and inclusion by reading our department's Equity Rationale.
