Senior / Staffing Agency Specialist

• 1 - 2 years of staffing agency or recruiting experience preferred. Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance, ability to travel to various client sites as needed.
• High School/GED, or Equivalent. Degree in sales, management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer programs and software such as Microsoft Suite and Google Drive, job posting systems, and familiarity with HR/CRM databases (Avionte software experience is a plus!).
• Successful previous experience as a sales / staffing representative in the Staffing Industry, consistently meeting or exceeding target placement goals. Have a clear understanding of the full recruiting/staffing lifecycle, temporary, temp-to-temporary, direct hire placements.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, willingness to do what it takes, learn, and grow with a fast-dynamic company.
• Comfortable presenting information/orientation to small or large groups with a proven ability to drive the staffing / recruitment full cycle process from start to finish.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, be coachable, be curious and willingness to learn new skills.

Salary : $4,500,000 - $6,500,000
