We’re looking for a good Product Manager. Is it you?
The Product Manager ideates and prioritizes software product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements for existing Evive products and capabilities, that reflect the market and fulfill market, customer, and business needs. In addition, the Product Manager develops new products by conducting market research and developing a good understanding of clients’ needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors. This role will own the Strategy and Vision for one or more products,
and ensure they align to the Strategy and Vision of the company. In collaboration with the Product and Development teams – including Product Owners, Product Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and others – the Senior Product Manager will build and own Product Visions, Strategies, Roadmaps and Prioritization of concepts and ideas. The Product Manager will work closely with their Product Owner counterpart(s), who will focus on the prioritization and execution of work from sprint to sprint. The Product Manager will conduct activities including discovery, analysis, conceptualization, testing, and integration of products, as well as the introduction of products to customers and users.
A Product Manager will work cross-functionally with client-facing teams - including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Services - to identify, conceptualize, and prioritize product and capability opportunities. Product Managers will also be
responsible for guiding and supporting a globally-distributed product and engineering team to plan, develop, ship, test and continue enhancing these opportunities. A Product Manager will work with their own Product team as well as other Product teams to ensure a cohesive, scalable, and extensible portfolio of related products.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new feature and product development through every stage of the product life cycle.

Consult with customer-facing teams, customers, users, and the marketplace to identify opportunities for product improvement or new Evive products.

Define, own and maintain Vision, Strategy, Prioritization, and Roadmaps for their product(s).

Build effective relationships across all teams in the organization.

Assess trends and market competition to influence overall product strategy and corporate strategy.

Scope and prioritize activities based on business impact, customer impact, and effort.

Effectively manage and communicate difficult trade-off decisions.
- Prioritize new features and products from concept to high fidelity prototypes by collaborating with Evive Product and Development teams.

Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

Oversee the implementation of new products and be the voice of the user/customer.

Lead creation of new product demo and provide customer demos of new features and products.

Communicate product roadmap and product improvements to stakeholders and customers.

All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
-
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Marketing or equivalent preferred.

3 years of product management or other relevant experience.

7 years of total professional experience.
- Experience working directly with Product and Development teams.
Skill Requirement

Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics.

Solid product management fundamentals – preferably in SaaS or consumer websites/apps.

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

Proven work experience in customer-focused product management and user-centered design.

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

Bias to action and discipline in establishing and improving processes.

Experience working in an Agile environment and Lean methodology.
