As Compliance Specialist in the Regulatory Compliance Team in the US you will be responsible for market analyses and regulatory license applications for new regulated markets as well as maintaining our existing licenses along with providing support to various stakeholders in relation to internal and external compliance queries. With your solid understanding of the business and regulatory licensing, great collaboration and communication skills, you will be the point of contact to coordinate between the regulatory authorities and the commercial, compliance and HR teams in Evolution for licensing obligations, best practice and regulatory development.

The Compliance Specialist role is based in our Philadelphia, PA studio, is part of a global compliance team and reports to the Compliance Manager located in Philadelphia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, process and monitor license obligations for established and new regulated e-gaming markets in the North American jurisdictions
- Communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with regulatory authorities for approvals and to ensure the company meets regulatory requirements for its jurisdictions
- Work closely and collaboratively with other key stakeholders internally and externally in the regulatory landscape
- Assist in the analysis of e-gaming regulatory compliance standards in existing and newly regulated markets
- Stay up to date with regulatory development and best practice in compliance control within and outside of the company
- Identify, document and increase efficiencies of business processes to align with compliance requirements and comply with regulations in relevant jurisdictions
- Develop project plans, reports and schedules to relevant stakeholders and teams to manage expectations and to ensure work is delivered within scope, on time and within budget
- Maintain knowledge and assist in keeping an up to date and accurate library/database of regulatory standards and licenses
- MUST HAVE EXPERIANCE WORKING IN A REGULATORY COMPLIANCE POSITION IN PA WITHIN THE GAMING INDUSTRY
- Experience with North American/US or Canadian gaming regulations, LATAM regulations is a merit
- Strong interpersonal skills, efficient networker and collaborative team player
- Experience in communicating with with people at all levels as an expert as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity
- Experience in project management; develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports and manage expectations
- Commercial mindset and business acumen
- Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand
- Possess analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving mindset
- Secondary education or professional experience relevant to the job
- Fluency in English, verbal and written, Spanish is a merit
- Good level of computer skills and experience in spreadsheets
