What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trainer position at Evolution Americas?
Would you like to be part of the team that will set up our 4th U.S. studio in Fairfield, CT?
In 2022, we will open our 12th studio globally and fourth location in the US. The US market holds great potential for Evolution as online casino is growing in popularity as never before and interest is strong for our products and services both amongst operators and players. The Michigan studio will serve clients operating within the state and hold both generic and dedicated tables, primarily focusing on games like Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, Craps. At launch, the studio is planned to have about 5 tables.
We are now looking for high performing and open-minded team members with excellent English and collaboration skills who are interested locally or open to relocating to Fairfield to play a key part in the launch of our fourth US studio. The successful candidate will be part of a team who will help in the preparatory work process from the first part of 2022.

- To provide initial and re-training for studio Online Casino Dealers and Shufflers
- To prepare and update the training material/sessions and take full responsibility re quality and content of its
- Inform the technical department and the other departments concerned of any occurrences of any kind of system
- Ensure the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees
- Assist in the continuing development of the training and recruitment program
- Always be acquainted with all changes in procedures and assess and report the impact of such changes on the training program to your manager
- Attend meeting, re-trainings and improve the quality of work whenever necessary
- Ensure all procedural, legal and disciplinary procedures are followed by the trainees
- To create and schedule in new training groups
- To attend and assess the trainee’s examination
- To fill in Training Documents and reports
- To coordinate and hold re-training sessions in order to improve the quality of work
- To work closely with the office manager in regard to uniform orders, inventory and related paperwork
- High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- 2 years of experience as a professional trainer i.e. Casino or Corporate
- Good communication and presentation skills
- A high sense of accountability, motivation and determination
- Land-based casino experience preferred
- An Intermediate level of computer skills i.e. Operations Management databases and Microsoft Suite
- The ability to work as part of a team
