Job Description:
ERG is a leading U.S. based, privately held, independent clinical research site company, and provider of clinical development services with an expertise in early and late-stage neuroscience drug development. With 21 wholly owned clinical sites and 5 affiliated sites, we conduct in-patient and out-patient phase I-IV clinical research studies. ERG has 340 in-patient beds, a large and growing database of patients suffering from mental illness, neurological disorders, sleep disorders, addictions, Acute and Chronic Pain, diabetes and other illnesses as well as normal healthy volunteers who participate in trials for the advancement of medicine. With access to over 32 million patients/subjects and 5000 completed trials, ERG continues to grow its capabilities and expand into indications where there are tremendous unmet medical needs in the United States and globally.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the day-to-day activities of creating collateral to increase patient recruitment for research studies while developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet the organizational objectives. In executing these position responsibilities, the graphic designer is guided by Good Clinical Practices (GCP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, and company standard operating procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Create effective, engaging patient recruitment collateral: marketing materials, social media ads, manuals, newsletters, forms, and various other items for print and web
- Development of graphics for use on the company intranet, website, and social media
- Understand various audiences based on therapeutic or geographic areas and adapt design to suit their needs
- Work closely with supervisor and team to manage workload, provide feedback on campaign initiatives and ideas
- Other tasks as reasonably assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) and FTP file transfer
- Bachelor’s Degree 2 years of experience or Associates degree 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience) is required.
- Portfolio of work submitted during interview request is required
- Bilingual background is preferred but not required
