Job Description

The 3D/2D Motion Graphic Design Artist role will be responsible for creating highly engaging video edits and animations to promote our games across all brands of the Evolution Group.

Main Responsibilities

• Produce high quality 3D and 2D motion graphics for marketing posts and promotions
• Create eye catching and engaging animated game trailers, teasers and promotional content using a mixture of video editing and 2D/3D motion design
• Must able to re-create 3D logo’s based on 2D vector files and animate them
• Build complex 3D scenes such as forest, space and city scapes for use in teaser videos
• Build and animate coins, game symbols and occasional characters in a way motion designers can use them in their compositions.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to share new design perspectives, ideas and develop new visual concepts
• Assist in the creation of storyboards and contribute brainstorming sessions
• Create eye catching tutorial and infographics with a unique and modern look.
• Able to retain a premium feel in all deliverables and stay within Evolutions brand guidelines
• Keep up to date on the latest and most cutting edge graphic styles
• Produce finished design work for exhibitions and conferences – to include promotional videos, animations and large-scale screen content
• Share knowledge with the other motion designers and help to contribute towards an open and creative work environment
• Be an ambassador for the company, ensuring all assets coming from the creative team are in line with Brand Guidelines
• Contribute to an effective, efficient and productive marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are followed
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
   

Qualifications

• 5 years of Motion Graphic Design experience including strong technical skills in video and animation
• Showcase strong sense of pacing in your portfolio. Ability to tell a story effectively through video
• Strong video editing skills in Adobe Premiere or Da Vinci Resolve. Color grading knowledge is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar marketing role in a B2B gaming environment is advantageous
• Skilled VFX and particle generation
• An expert in AfterEffects and knowledge in one or more of the following 3d software Maya, Cinema 4d, Blender, element 3D, Unity. Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are advantageous
• Possess skills in modeling and texturing with the ability to create 3d assets for the assigned project is highly desired
• Good knowledge of lighting and rendering with the ability to give a beautiful look to final output
• Have a good handle on various styles of art for 3D Motion graphics video creation. (Low poly style, isometric style, triangulated poly style, toonish style, abstract style)
• Good have knowledge of various useful plug-ins/scripts of After Effects, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D
• Designing and editing creative content suitable for various platforms and purposes, with extremely strong video editing skills
• Conveying a strong and consistent brand image across all our brands
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm and initiative
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills
